This process includes preparing the documentation required to form a corporation in the State of Illinois: Articles of Incorporation, Recording the Documents with the Recorder of Deeds, completing Federal Applications for Employer Identification Numbers (E.I.N.), for Election as a Small Business Corporation, and Business Registrations with the State of Illinois.
