U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan Guarantees

LACC is an Approved SBA Intermediary, authorized to submit applications to the SBA to obtain loan guarantees for clients interested in participating in the SBA Pre-Qualification Loan Guarantee Program. Under the terms of the agreement, the SBA is to render a loan guarantee decision within 3 days after the LACC submits the loan package. LACC also submits applications to the SBA to obtain loan guarantees for clients interested in the SBA Low Doc and the SBA 7 (a) Loan Guarantee Programs.
