LACC Loan Placement

LACC places loan packages on behalf of its clients with a group of 25 Chicago area banks who are fully familiarized with the LACC Loan Packaging Program. A City or a Federal financing agency may participate in the funding of an LACC loan package depending on the nature and size of the deal.
